HUALAPAI HILLS HOME SCHOOLERS
Thank you for your interest in Hualapai Hills Home Schoolers (HHHS) and home education. The information on this website has been selected to help you make a wise decision as you plan the education of your children.
HHHS is a Christian-based, non-denominational (open to all faiths), support group of home education parents desiring to draw creative ideas from each other to stimulate greater learning in their children. This website tells a little about our group and the benefits that are a part of membership in the support group. It is our hope that the contents of this website will help you make the right decision for your family. Home education is not for every family, and it takes real commitment on the part of all your family members, but the rewards are tremendous.
It is simple to join HHHS… attend one of our monthly meetings or just complete the membership application and send it with your dues to HHHS at our mailing address. The application is found underneath the Contact Us tab. Once you join, you will receive club emails that will inform you about our upcoming events and meetings.
As a new homeschooler, we want you to know that we are here to assist you in any way that we possibly can. Our support group meets on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 3958 N. Bank, Kingman, AZ. These meetings are designed with you in mind. We strongly suggest that you attend each gathering to gain more encouragement in teaching your children. Field trips, group activities, playgroups, and club meetings are held at various times of the month. Curriculum catalogs are also available to our members from our lending library.
After you have read the information and discussed the decision with your household, you are encouraged to fill out the membership form and send it in. Then attend all the activities and events that your time will allow to gain the encouragement you need to keep on teaching your children.
We look forward to meeting you.
